HOW TO TURN PROBLEMS INTO CHALLENGES

 By Matata Mercy

All of us have had problems in our lives. It doesn't matter who we are.

We all go through problems it could be a terrible divorce, loss of a job, sickness, betrayal by close friends, falling out with a business partner and others.

Sometimes these problems weigh us down and make us feel bad about ourselves.

But it doesn't have to be that way.

There is another angle at which we can look at our problems.

What if we looked at our problems as challenges?

Looking at our problems as challenges is what we would call having a growth mindset.

A growth mindset simply means that we are willing to move beyond our problems and search for solutions.

These problems can be hard to solve by their nature but along the way step by step we can get the solutions.

For example if you are going through a rocky relationship that is almost leading to divorce, you can sit down with your partner and discuss the issues that are breaking down your relationship.

Communicate effectively to find a middle ground where both you and your partner can exist. We can do it for the sake of our kids.

But if your relationship is irreconcilable, you can move on and pursue new interesting relationships.

If you have lost a job, instead of feeling sorry for yourself and  sliding into depression.

You can challenge yourself  to become financially independent by making up your mind to start your own business.

In short, turning problems into challenges is all about doing a mind set shift towards self-improvement.

I hope these tips help you to find solutions for your problems. Good luck.
