HOW TO HAVE A CLUTTER FREE AND CALM MIND

 Most times when we talk about having some peace of mind and also getting happiness in our lives. 

Most people are now aware of the fact that having physical possesions like cars, mansions, clothes and the latest gadgets will not make us happy. 

We may crave for more of these things but as soon as we get hold of these things, we again feel a sense of emptiness within us.

 Some people have as a result decided to remove the things that they do not need. 

They have either sold them or just donated them to those who need them. 

But that is not enough,getting rid of your possesions will still leave you feeling empty and unfulfilled unless you declutter the mind and keep it calm.  

Today i will share with you some tips on how to have a clutter free and calm mind.

1.What you should or could do?

Every day we fill our time with alot of tasks to be accomplished.

The things we should accomplish on a specific day or the things we could accomplish on a specific day. 

We are humans, it is okay for us not to complete all the tasks that we set out to do. 

If iam to accomplish only one thing in a day, that will be okay. 

Doing few things will keep your mind calm and free from distractions.

2. The worry habit

When something goes wrong, the way the body responds is to introduce worry in our minds. 

The truth is that worrying about problems will not provide solutions to those problems.

If there is something that you can do about the problem, then do it. 

And if there is nothing you can do, then just stop worrying and you will have a peace of mind.

3. Do physical exercise

We know that physical exercise is essential for our well being.

 Being physically fit will also help our body in building a strong immunity that will protect us from disease.

 Now when our minds are cluttered and we are unsettled,physical exercise can help in restoring sanity to our minds. 

Therefore as you run, stretch and do the push ups, your mind will be relieved of the clutter and the chaos inside it.

4.White space.

White space simply means a place in your schedule or calender which is not filled with activity.

 Yes, you need that space that can help you take breaks and allow your mind to rest and rejuvenate itself. 

You can just sit in a quiet place doing nothing, it is helpful.

5.Take a walk while talking.

For my case particularly, i love this.Taking walks is almost like a hobby for me. 

I love it when iam taking a walk with a friend and we are having thought provoking conversations.

 During such moments, my mind is relaxed and feels free from overload.
