HOW TO DEAL WITH ANXIETY

Have you ever been gripped by anxiety?

I guess you have and if you have not,then may be you have not been living on planet earth. 

The fact is that if you still  live on planet earth, you will suffer from anxiety once in a while. 

Anxiety is normally a signal sent your body to tell it that something is wrong. 

May be you are broke and rent is to be paid or you are deep in debt and the people demanding you are after you. 

These situations will make you feel anxious and you will also feel unsettled.

Today i will share with you some tips on how to deal with anxiety.

1.Breath in and out several times 

When you are anxious, one thing you can do to make yourself feel better is to perform a breathing exercise. 

All you have to do is breath in and out several times. And after you will most likely feel better.

2.Have a cold shower 

Anxiety will always affect our nervous system and to calm down our nervous system, a cold shower will do a great job.

 Taking a cold shower will make you feel better.

3.Ask for a hug from someone 

Yes, getting a hug from someone will make you feel better.

 That touch and connection will make you realise that there are people out there who understand your pain.

4.Listen to music you enjoy.

What a great way to kick out anxiety? 

If you enjoy listening to music then this is the right time to turn the music on. 

Yes, listen to your favourite hits and sooner or later, you will feel better. 

All these tips will help keep away your anxiety but you need to  solve the  underlying problem inorder to get rid of the anxiety completely.  

If it's a debt, clear it. If it is a relationship, discuss the issues and find solutions.
