Our society has changed over the years and there is this new culture of showing off and trying to impress other people around us.
You end up buying things you do not need to impress people you do not like. You spend beyond what you earn to buy things you do not need to impress people you do not like.
Can you imagine ending up in debt because of keeping up appearances? This is ridiculous! Be independent, do not allow the culture of consumerism to control you.
Buy what you need and most importantly live below your means.
Do not get into debt just because of others. Choose to be you. Good luck!
