HOW TO STOP OVER THINKING EVERYTHING

Many times we get stuck in life. We end up stuck in jobs that we do not like, in relationships that we want to get out of but feel we do not have the power to.

 We know what to do but we always stay in the thinking mode. According to psychologists there are two kinds of people. 

Those who are biased towards thinking and those who are biased towards action.  

Those who are biased towards thinking will have thoughts about changing the situation in their life and will only stop at doing research and gathering information. 

They read self-help books, watch YouTube videos about changing their situation but never take action. The people who are biased towards action will take action immediately after getting an idea. 

The truth is thinking about launching a business will not help you start a business. Thinking about not loving your job will not help you to leave your job or even get a job you love. 



You have to take action if you are going to get results. Start small and keep taking action. 

If you want to get a new job, start by writing application letter or just do  simple Google search for companies that you would like to work at. 

Take a break and next time start writing application letters when there is a vacancy. All in all move from overthinking to taking action, your life will surely change for the better.
