Martha Mukisa is a Ugandan singer, songwriter, music performer and fashion designer who is signed under the Black Magic Entertainment Limited. Martha Mukisa was born on the 24th of September in the year 1994.
She was born in the central region of Uganda and is the last born of the family.
Martha Mukisa attended Kyambogo University where she graduated with a Diploma in Textile designing and Technology.
After completing her studies at University, she decided to venture into the music industry and was signed to the record label called Black Magic Entertainment which has produced very successful music artists in Uganda.
She has been specializing in the music genre of Afropop and R&B.
Although she does not particularly try to box herself into a single music genre. She has so far gained a great following on social media sites like Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.
She has revealed she has been inspired by singers like Beyonce Knowles, Whitney Houston, Tiwa Savage, Juliana Kanyomozi and John Blaq among others. Martha Mukisa is an inspiration to all the girls out there who would love to join the music industry.
