Popular Ugandan singer Spice Diana has said that the idea that Ugandan music artists and comedians need to submit their works for approval first is a selfish idea and it is not good.
She added that since artists are very many then it will be very difficult to verify those works quickly.
She also said artists should be allowed to put on the things that make them comfortable.
