BECOMING PRODUCTIVE AND HAPPY

Productivity is one of the most important things that we all seek to have in our lives simply because the more productive you are, the more you are likely to achieve your goals and dreams.

 If your life is going down the spiral, you may just need to become more productive.

Many times people think that being busy makes them get more stressed but the truth of the matter is that all they need is to become productive so that they can be able to overcome stress as a result of the feelings they get as a sign of accomplishment.

Today, i will share with you some of the reasons why becoming productive will actually make you very happy in the longrun.

1. Make  some to do lists for yourself

When you are productive, your mood will be boosted since the more things you are able to accomplish, the better you will start feeling about yourself.

You have alot of freedom when you are checking things off your to do list

. This will make you feel like you are actually accomplishing something and for sure you are. It doesnot matter if the tasks that you are accomplishing are little or they are big.

The most important thing is that you are finishing what you set out to do. In biological terms, when you check a task off your checklist,  a signal will be sent to your brain to help enhance your mood by a natural enhancer hormone called dopamine.

2.  Set long-term goals

Setting goals will help you have something that you can look foward to and being able to work towards these goals will surprisingly boost your self-esteem.

When you have a purpose in life, you will have strong reason to jump out of bed early each and every morning.

The truth is that when you have something to fight for, you will have more energy and you will be ready handle whatever the day brings along with it.

 You will be more positioned and also ready to meet the challenges that life throws towards you.

3. Pick up all the clutter and remove it

When you are surrounded by alot of clutter it will make you less energetic to concentrate on the things that matter to you.

When you have alot of stuff that you do not need and it is just lying around, it will just drive you crazy.

You will need to clean and sort all this stuff in your home and also at your office so that you do not feel trapped. All this will make you feel stressed, overwhelmed and also very unhappy.

When you organize your space you will have alot of mental clarity and in the end you will have a more productive lifestyle. After stripping away all that stuff then you will be able strip away all those negative feelings.

4. Start doing exercise

When you start doing exercises, you will become more productive since it will give you more energy and in the longrun if you use that energy to help you to accomplish your goals then you will feel better about your life.

When you use just 20 minutes of your time during the day to do exercises you will be able to give your body strength, you will also be able to clear your head and also you will able to boost your immune system.

You can also improve your mood by keeping busy and working on a project  hence you will have less time  or you might not even think about any negative feelings and thoughts.

When you are busy, you will be able to concentrate on what matters most.

5. Ensure that you manage your time productively

 You should always ensure that you do have something productive to do. When you do not have something to do it will be very discouraging and when you are more productive during the day, you will be more motivated to get things done.

You will also be able to manage your time better. You should also remember that you actually do not need to accomplish great things but you should just have something to do is actually enough.

6. Discover the purpose in being productive

You should always have a purpose for being productive. Productivity is very important when it comes to getting happiness out of life.

You should not confuse being busy with being productive. When you just add more things to do on your task list, you will feel more stressed and also frustrated with life and it will actually make you more miserable. 

Being productive means doing something with a purpose, you should always strive for accomplishing something instead of just doing more.

You will experience true happiness when you are able to discover your passions and start working towards achieving your goals and dreams.

One thing i would like you to think about is what you really want out of life? What do you want to achieve? 

Once you have been able to figure out that, then you will have the energy that you need to be able to achieve your goals and dreams.
