ACCEPTING REJECTION AND MOVING FOWARD

By Matata Mercy

Have you ever faced rejection and if you have, then how did you  react to it?  We have all faced rejections in our lives if you have not, then you are trying things out enough.

If you're rejected ACCEPT. If you feel unloved, LET GO. If they ...

It could also mean that you are not taking enough action or that you actually fear failing and therefore you have decided to keep yourself in the comfortzone and be contented with life.

If you are a very aggresive human being who  has decided to live his life to the fullest, then you are actively going after your goals and you will most certainly face rejections in your life along the way.

You could be unemployed right now and are actively looking for jobs, writing job applications and appearing for interveiws but it just looks like everything is against you, you are not landing the jobs and you are wondering why.

Rejection can be a very painful experience and something that can make you lose confidence in yourself and even lower your self-esteem in some cases.

You will need to accept the fact that not every employer out there willa actually hire you  for the position you desire.

This doesnot actually mean that you are not good at what you do but it simply means that you just did not impress them during the interveiws or according to them you are not fit for the job.

But the truth of the  matter is you know yourself, you are skilled and a good communicator, you have good team building skills and get along very well with so many people out there.

You might have faced rejection in a relationship especially if your partner left you for another person that they think is better than you.

The truth is that you are good as you are, that partner might be having their own problems that they need to deal with.

You just need to accept the situation and then be able to move on.  If the relationship that you were in was a toxic one, well this is a great opportunity for you to organize yourself and be able to attract better partners you agree with your values and also your personal growth.

When you accept that things are nolonger the way they are, you will be emotionally healed and also be able to feel free.

You can then decide to open a new chapter in your own life and begin afresh to rebuild your life.

When you find out that you are being rejected and not getting a job, this could be the time for you to take your future into your own hands and may be start your own business, record music or even start creating art pieces since you have no job that is taking away a lot of your time, you can use this time profitably to do the things that you do have a passion for.

Rejection can be a very painful experience but accepting the reality and moving on can be more liberating, meaning that you are open to new opportunities out there that could actually change your life forever.
