Following the outrage on the death of the former Makerere University student called Emmanuel Tegu, the police has come out to investigate the circumstances under which this student died and they have finally concluded that he was killed by the guards at the University after veiwing the CCTV footage that was retrieved from the St. Augustine Chapel.
Two guards who are attached to the SGA security have been arrested and detained for the issue. The chaplain said that he heard gunshots and saw somebody being beaten and tortured by the private guards.
