Dwayne The Rock Johnson is an American actor and wrestler who rose into fame after joining the wrestling entertainment as The Rock and he later ventured into the movie business starring in movies like Scorpion King, The Fast and Furious and also Hercules. Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson was born in the year 1972 in the family that was fond of wrestling.
Dawyne Johnson was born on the 2nd of May in a place called Hayward which is found in California.
He is the grandson of the professional wrestler who is called Peter High Chief Fanene Maivia and he is also the son of the wrestler who is called Rocky Johnson and he grew up while watching his dad in the ring.
Initially he did not have any plans to follow his father's footsteps and therefore while at college at the University of Miami, he played football but after getting some injuries, he had to give up on football.
Realizing that he had very little prospects in the game of football, Dwayne Johnson decided to turn his attention to wrestling. His first appearance in the WWF was in Texas against an opponent called Brookyln Brawler.
After having more matches, he was signed by the WWF by the name called Flex Kavana. Dwayne Johnson later decided to join the Nation of Domination and he eventually took over the leadership and also decided to call himself The Rock.
Dwayne Johnson later joined a band of wrestlers who are called The Corporation and started feuding with another wrestler called Steve Austin.
Dwayne Johnson was able to win 17 tittles all combined in the WWF and WWE ompetitions.
After getting alot of success in the wrestling entertainment, Dwayne Johnson decided to turn his attention and focus on the movies and was able to land some great acting roles especially in the movie called Scorpion King where he starred as Supernatural bad guy in the movie called The Mummy Returns in the year 2001.
He later returned in the movie called Scorpion King. Other movies that he has appeared in are Fast and Furious, Driver, Central Intelligence, Hercules, Baywatch, Jumanji and others.
Dwayne Johnson is an inspiration to all the youths out there most especially those who would love to venture into the movie industry and also the wrestling Entertainment.
