POLICE SHOT A DRUNK MAN ON THE BUTTOCKS AFTER HE FAILED TO PLAY BY THE RULES SET BY THE PRESIDENT DURING THE QUARANTINE

The Ugandan police has said that it shot a man who was drunk with  alcohol on the buttocks after he failed to play by the rules that were set by the Ugandan President  Yoweri Kaguta Museveni when he told the security operatives to implement a curfew from 7:00 pm to 6:00 am in the morning for the next two weeks.



 According to reports, the allged Boda boda rider attempted to knock police officers who were on duty and as a result of the scuffle, the victim was shot on the buttocks and then transfered to Mulago hospital for treatment.
