HOW TO PREPARE FISH FRIED RICE

This recipe of fish fried rice is one of the simplest to prepare and very nice for a person who loves the flavours of fish with some leftover rice.

The interesting thing about this recipe is that it doesnot take long to be prepared and just needs around 15 minutes for it to be ready.

Ingredients

- 2 cups of leftover cooked rice

-2 tablespoons of corn starch

-150 gms of chopped fish fillet

-4 tablespoons of oil

-2 minced cloves of garlic

-1 tablespoon of chopped spring onions

-2 eggs

- Freshly ground black pepper

- 4 tablespoons of soysauce

- 1 tablespoon of all purpose flour


Method 

1. Mix together the fish, corn starch, soysauce and also all purpose flour in a bowl. When the fish has been coated, then fry the fish in the oil for about 2 minutes and then remove it and place it on the kitchen bowl.

2. In the wok, add the eggs and stir them until they have been scrambled. Add the garlic to it before stiring. Now add the garlic and start stiring it again.

3. Add the cooked rice that has been cooled and then the soysauce then start stiring. Now add the fish and the spring onions  before stiring it and then finally serve.
