HOW TO PREPARE DELICIOUS SOYA AND RICE

 If you are looking for a non-vegetarian dish as an alternative, then this recipe of soya and rice will most likely do you good.

This recipe is very nice and you will love it and i truly encourage you to try out this delicious recipe which is called Soy sauce.

Ingredients

- 2 cups of water

-2 cinammon sticks

-3 to 4 cloves

-1 tablespoon of minced garlic

-1 chopped medium onion

- A large potato that has been cut into cubes

- 2 cups of cooked rice

-Half a cup of frozen peas.

Method

1. Soak up the soya chunks into the water for about 10 minutes.

2. In a pan, heat up the oil and then add the cinammon sticks,cloves, bay leaves and also the cumin seeds. Now fry it for about one to two minutes.

3. Add the garlic, chillies, and the onions before allowing it to cook for another one to two  minutes.
4. Add the peas, turmeric powder and also the potatoes, then season the salt onto it.

5. Squeeze out the water from the chunks of soya and then start stiring it before allowing it to cook on a low flame for about 12 to 15 minutes until the potatoes have been able to cook properly.

6. Mix the rice into it and then start stiring it until the heat has been able to pass through the rice properly.

7. Finally serve the soya and rice.
