HOW TO PREPARE CRUNCHY HEALTHY BARS FOR BREAKFAST

 If you find yourself always late and that you are running around preparing to go to work and you do not actually have time for breakfast then this recipe just right for you.

The crunchy cereals and nuts will make very good breakfast package for you and you add some peanut butter as a mixture to it and the good thing is that you actually do not need to bake it.

Ingredients 

- One cup of bran flakes

- A half a cup of oats

- Half a cup of honey

-3 tablespoons of butter

- A quarter a cup of peanut butter

- A quarter a cup of chocolate chips

-A quarter a cup of dried fruits especially canberries

- A half a cup of oats

- A half a cup of pumpkin seeds

- A packet of oats digestive biscuits

Method

1. On a baking tray, spread the pumpkin seeds and the oats and then roast them in an oven that has been preheated at a temperature of 180 degrees centigrade for about 15 minutes.

2. Mix together peanut butter, honey and butter in a bowl and then put it in a microwave for one minute before whisking it together until it has been incorporated together. Just add any nuts of your choice at this point.

3. Put the contents of the baking tray into a large bowl and then add the dried fruits, crushed digestives and also the chocolate chips. Just add any nuts of your choice at this point.

4. Pour the peanut butter into the mix and then stir it until it has been able to coat properly. Press down the mixture in a baking tray that has been lined with parchment paper or aluminium foil.

5. Allow it to stay in the refrigerator for about one hour and then remove it before slicing it up into bit sized bars. Store the bit sized bars into an air tight container or you can just run it up into parchment paper separately.

6. Serve the healthy crunchy bars and enjoy.
