If you enjoy eating fish then the home-made fish cakes are just very perfect for you to have and munch on.
Tuna fish and home-made brown cakes are very healthy and also fresh ingredients are used which is perfect for people who love having healthy foods on their plates. These are different from the other ordinary cakes that you do know.
Ingredients needed
- 2 tablespoons of oil
-1 cup of chopped green beans
- A cup of cooked brown rice
-3 table spoons of chopped Coriander leaves
- Half a cup of plain flour
- A can of Tuna fish
- An egg
- Salt for the taste
- 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
Method
1. In a pot, heat some oil and then add green beans, garlic and then sprinkle some onions. Stir the mixture and then allow it to cook for about 1 to 2 minutes.
2. Put the brown rice, coriander leaves, cheese, flour, egg, salt, cooked gren beans all in a large bowl
3. Put some oil onto your palms and then place a tablespoon of the mixture into your palms. Roll up the mixture into a ball and then slightly start pressing the mixture to form some little fish cakes. Put each cake on the baking paper found on the baking tray.
4. In a preheated oven, bake the fish cakes at 200 degrees centigrade for about 12 to 18 minutes.
5. Serve the fish cakes after squeezing some lemon juice over them.
