The founder of Alliance for National Transformation, General Gregory Mugisha Muntu has said that he doesn't expect to have free and fair elections come the year 2021.
According to General Mugisha Muntu there are very many contested issues as we approach the elections and some of these issues are the electoral reforms that were proposed by supreme court after the 2016 elections have never been addressed by the government.
He also added that the proposed constitutional and political parties reforms fronted by the opposition have never been implemented and therefore the ground is not leveled.
He said that with the existing unfairness, political parties need to be organised in order to be able to overwhelm the ruling party in the elections.
