JAPANESE BILLIONAIRE HAS DECIDED TO GIVE OUT MILLIONS OF DOLLARS TO PEOPLE TO FIND OUT IF THEY WILL TRULY FEEL HAPPY WHEN THEY HAVE THE MONEY

 A Japanese billionaire has given out millions of dollars to twitter users just as an experiment to find out if the money will indeed make them feel happy.



 According to reports, the online shopping mogul  gave out the money to about 100 twitter users who received about $9000 dollars  each and they were required to give back their feedback  and the impact of the money will be tracked through surveys.

 He is also the first passenger to travel with Elon Musk's space X company around the moon.
