Today i would like to share with you some of the relaxation techniques that will help you to completely remove stress from your body.

Here are some of the relaxation techniques that will relieve you of stress.

1. Start Meditating

Meditation is one of the best and easiest ways in which you can be able to get rid of stress from your body.

According to research,  a few minutes of practicing meditation everyday can most likely change the neural pathways of the brain hence making you to become very resilient to stress in the long run.

 This is something that you can easily do. Just sit up straight ensuring that your feet are touching the floor and then close your eyes.

You can start reciting a positive mantra like I love myself or Iam at peace while putting one hand on your belly to help in monitoring your breath.

2. Make sure that you are present in the moment

Being present in the moment means that you  need to slow down. Put aside some time and then start focusing on one behaviour ensuring that you are very much aware of it.

Try to take note of how the air around you feels when it brushes off on your skin and also how the food you are eating tastes when it lands on your tongue.

 These simple sensations will help in removing the stress from your body. Spending more time in the present moment and feeling the sensations around you will likely remove the stress from your body.

3. Take a walk or do some exercise

Exercising through taking walks or even can help in reducing depression and also anxiety in our lives. You do not actually need to run like a sprinter but just taking a walk around the nieghbourhood or around your work place will most likely make you feel better.

 These simple exercises help the brain to release the feel-good chemicals and also gives your body the chance to practice how to be able to deal with stress.

4. Take a deep breath

You should take a break for a few minutes and then put your focus on the way you are breathing. Ensure that you sit up straight and then close your eyes and then place your hand on your belly. Start inhaling some air through your nose and then feel it as it goes through your abdomen.

You can now reverse the process when you are exhaling. When you deep breath the effect of stress is reduced by lowering the heart rate and also the blood pressure.

5. Laugh aloud

Having a good laugh can actually help you to reduce stress in your body by boosting endorphins which are chemicals that will help in lightening up your mood.

You can lighten up your mood by chatting with some one who makes you smile or laugh or just watch a very nice sitcom or video.

6. Listen to some cool music 

According to research, listening to cool soothing music can also help in reducing stress from your body. All you need to do is to prepare a nice playlist of songs that you enjoy listening to or you can listen to a choir sing or even sing along to the songs that you love.

Music will help in lowering your blood pressure and heart rate and most importantly it will remove anxiety from your life.
