THE VALUE OF DOING ONE THING AT A TIME

 You should endeavour to become the kind of person whose values, priorities and also actions have always agreed with one another
 
 Do you know that very many people feel overwhelmed each and everyday of their lives without even knowing the sole reason why?

They feel overwhelmed in their personal and also professional lives simply because they are carrying too much in their lives and they are also biting more than they are able to chew.

The truth of the matter is that it is not about the number of hours that they spend while awake and working very hard everyday of their lives but it is simply that they spend most of their time just juggling very many things all at the same period of time.

 Just take a look at this do you take breakfast while checking out your socialmedia pages like Facebook, WhatsApp and others?

Or do you drive while having your lunch and rushing back to the office for work? The biggest cost of always doing very many things at the same time is that you will gradually reduce your productivity and also happiness. 

When your attention is always divided and partially on each and every activity that you are performing at the same time, then it will one day bring you down to your knees.

 Before i started out blogging, i had this encounter one time in my life when i would do very many things at the sametime like watching television series while cleaning up with the assumption that i was actually making some good moves but actually i was making zero progress.

 It then dawned on me one day while working on some blog articles that when i focus on one activity at a time, iam able to make alot of progress and for the case of blogging, iam able to work on several sets of great articles all at a specified period of time with no interruptions from other activities.

 I have been able to transfer this knowledge to other areas of my life. I now challenge you to do the same thing in your life, Focus, Focus and Focus.

 Do one thing  at a time, then give yourself a break and then repeat it again.  I promise you that this will ultimately change your life in the long run.
