This meat is usually cooked over an open fire flame  and it is served alongside Ugali or even a tomato and onion salads are added commonly known as Kachumbari.

Here is  how you can prepare a delicious Mbuzi Choma.

Ingredients

-2 sliced meat legs of goat

- Salt to taste

-2 chopped tomatoes

-A half onion

-1 chopped green chilli

- A cup of chopped coriander leaves

- Ugali

 Method

1. Light the charcoal up  that is found in the barbecue or jiko while ensuring that the heat is not too high enough since this kind of heat will quickly cook up the meat easily.

2. Put the meat over the grill found on the jiko and then allow it to cook for about 25 to 30 minutes on one side and then sprinkle some salt onto it. Flip the meat over and then allow the other side to also cook.

3. Allow the second side of the meat to cook for another 25 to 30 minutes  and then remove it and place it on the chopping board for about 10 minutes. Chop up the meat into cubes.

4. Mix together the tomatoes, chillies, onions  and also the coriander leaves in order to make the kachumbari.

5. Serve the mbuzi choma with Kachumbari, Ugali and also some salt.
