This recipe involves a nicely cooked chicken that has been spiced with Kachumbari that will make it very delicous.

Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon of cooking oil

-Salt to taste

- A cup of water

-1 chicken breast that has been cut into pieces

-1 tablespoon of mixed herbs

- Chopped tomatoes

-Chopped Onions

-Chopped Coriander leaves

-1 table spoon of Paprika

-1 sliced redbell pepper

- 2 cups of baking flour

Method

1. In order to make the chapati, start by making the dough first by mixing together the salt, flour, oil  and water and then knead it for about 4 to 5 minutes and then allow it to rest for 15 minutes.

2. Put some dough in your palm which is enough to fill your fist and then roll it into a ball and then press it together with your palms lightly. Dust the board with some flour and then place the flour onto it.

3. Use a roll pin to roll the dough into a round shape of a half cm thickness and then brush some oil onto the surface of the flour and sprinkle the flour. Now roll the dough into a long rope and then fold it such that starts looking like a coil.

4. Press down the dough so that it is flat, sprinkle some flour and then roll it again so that it has become a circle with a thickness of a half thickness.

5.Put the chapati on a dry pan that has been heated and when you start seeing bubbles forming on it's surface, flip it over. Sprinkle some oil on the chapati and then flip it over once again. Ensure that you repeat this process until both sides have been cooked properly.

6. Heat some oil in a pan for the chicken filling and then add the chicken stripes and allow it to cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add paprika, the mixed herbs, salt and pepper and then toss it for about 2 to 3 minutes.

7. Mix together onions, tomatoes and coriander leaves in a bowl for preparing the Kachumbari.

8. For making the roll, put the chapati on a flat surface and then add some good amount of chicken at the centre then top it up with Kachumbari.  Finally roll it up and serve.
