Following the organisation of the walk by the Ugandan president Yoweri Kaguta Museveni against corruption, Gen. Muntu has come out to say that the President is mocking Ugandans and wants to show them that he does care and yet he actually doesnot care.
The anti-corruption walk that will be led by President Yoweri Museveni who will be accompanied by Speaker of Parliament Rebecca Kadaga will take place on 4th December from the constitutional square to Kololo airstrip.
Gen. Muntu added saying that President Museveni is incapable of fighting corruption and instead promotes corruption. He uses corruption to keep himself in power.
