HOW TO PREPARE BANANA FRITTERS FOR BREAKFAST

If you enjoy having bananas for breakfast then you will most likely also enjoy having banana fritters for breakfast if you try it especially for breakfast.

 If you want to have a perfect banana fritter for breakfast, then this recipe that iam providing you with will be of alot of help.

Ingredients
 
- A cup of Maize meal

-A cup of Sugar

-1 tablespoon of salt

- 1 tablespoon of Cinamon powder

- A cup of milk

- 1 tablespoon of Vanilla essence

- Oil to be used for deepfrying

- Chocolate sauce that will be used for garnishing

- 5 ripe bananas

- A cup of all purpose flour

- An egg

Method
 
1. Start by peeling the bananas and cutting them into half and then insert a toothpick just half way into each of the bananas and then put them aside.

2. Mix together some maize meal, sugar, an all purpose flour, cinammon powder and also salt in a bowl.

3. Mix together some eggs, milk, oil and also some vanilla essence in another bowl. Now add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients before stiring until a slightly runny butter has been formed.

4. Now dip the banana inside the butter and then hold it inside the oil and then allow it to fry for about 5 seconds and then drop that stick into the oila and then deep fry it until it has turned into golden brown.

5. Lastly, remove the toothpicks and then garnish it with chocolate sauce before serving it while warm.
