HOW TO PREPARE PIZZA FOR BREAKFAST

Do you know that having pizza for breakfast would be the best way in which you can start off your day?

You can even have Pizza for lunch or even for dinner. The truth is that you can have pizza any time that you desire.

 This breakfast pizza that  iam showing you how to prepare will be made up of sausages,eggs and even bacon. Check out how you can be able to prepare a yummy pizza for breakfast here.

Ingredients
 
- One cup of warm water

-Two table spoons of yeast

-Two tablespoons of sugar

-One cup of Olive oil

- Three cups of flour

-Cooked chopped sausage

-Cooked chopped bacon

-Sliced Onions

-Pizza sauce

-Eggs

Procedure to be followed
 
1. Add warm water, yeast, sugar and a cup of Olive oil  in a bowl and now stir the mixture and allow it to sit for about 10 minutes or until it froths up.

2. Mix together salt and flour in a large bowl, add the yeast mixture and then mix them together. Now place the dough on a clean surface and then knead it for about 8 to 10 minutes. Return it into the bowl and then spread one tablespoon of olive oil  over the surface of dough and the bowl should be covered with a cling film.

3. Allow the mixture to sit for about 2 hours in a warm place or until the dough has been able to double in size.

4. Roll a portion of the dough to any thickness of your choice and then transfer the dough to a greased pizza pan, use pizza pans that do have holes in them since they make the pizzas super crispy. Top up the dough with some pizza sauce.

5. Spread the cheese over the pizza, add sausage, bacon and the onions and lastly, break the eggs onto the pizza and then sprinkle some olive oil on it.

6. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven that is at a temperature of about 180 degrees for about 12 to 15 minutes until the bottom of the base of the pizza has turned brown properly.

7. Serve the Pizza and enjoy.
