Kim Kardashian who is popularly known as Kim K is an American model, actress, socialite and entrepreneur who is popularly known for starring in the reality show called Keeping Up with the Kardashians and she is currently married to popular American rapper KanyeWest.
Kim Kardashian West was born in a place called Beverly Hills which is found in Carlifornia on the 21st October in the year 1980.
She was born in a family of four children and she is the second born of the family. Her father was the late Robert Kardashian and the mother is called Kris Jenner.
She came into the limelight after a sex video that was displaying her sexual exploits with her then boyfriend called rapper Ray J. was leaked online and went viral.
Since that time Kim Kardashian has been able to catapult on that fame that she gained with her curveous sexy style with a successful reality show.
In addition Kim kardashian has also been able to release a number of workout DVDs for sale to her fans. In 2006, Kim Kardashian decided to open up a boutique called DASH alongside her sisters Kourtney Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian.
The name of the boutique was derived from the last name of the family. The boutique had a unique way of showcasing the personal tastes in terms of style of the owners and the designs that were made by their favourite American fashion designers.
The business was first located in a place called Calabasass which is found in California and then later they decided to expand the business to other cities like New York city, Miami and then later in the year 2014, the business opened up in Southampton in London.
Later in the year 2016, in the month of December the boutique that was located in New York city closed down shop and then in the year 2018, the three sisters came out and announced that they were shutting down the boutique business.
Apart from the different business interests that she had at the time, Kim Kardashian became very popular for the sex video that went viral that was made with her then boyfriend who is an R&B singer Ray J.
In 2007, the sex video between Kim Kardashian and her boyfriend at the time Ray J ended up in the hands of an entertainment company called Vivid Entertainment which is an adult film company.
The company obtained the video from some sources and paid the sources $ 1million to get the rights to the video and it then aggressively promoted the video which it called Kim Kardashian superstar.
Kim Kardashian decided to respond by suing the company for invading her privacy. Later in May, in the year 2007, she later agreed to a settlement fee from the company of $5million.
During that time of the sex video scandal, Kim Kardashian decided to venture onto the television screens again but this time working on a reality show series that she called Keeping up with the Kardashians. The show started showing on E Network.
The show which is being produced by the American idol host called Ryan Seacrest has been following the lives of Kim Kardashian and her other sisters, brother Robert Junior, mother Kris Jenner and also her step-father Bruce Jenner who is now called Caityln Jenner and the two young daughters of Kris Jenner and Bruce who are Kylie Jenner and Kendall Jenner.
In an episode of the Keeping up with the Kardashians, Kim Kardashian decided to discuss with her family whether she should pose nude for a magazine called Playboy.
In December 2007, Kim Kardashian agreed to pose nude and she bared it all in the publication.
Her appearance in the Magazine displayed how confident she had become about her body since the days when she was just a little girl. Since that time, the celebrity status of Kim Kardashian has grown quickly.
In 2008, Kim Kardashian became the most Googled woman celebrity and she ended the four years of Britney Spears when she became the most Googled at the time.
In the month of March, in the year 2008, Kim Kardashian became the face of Bongo Jeans and she also at the time helped in launching a shoe shopping service called Shoe Dazzle.

At the age of 20, Kim kardashian was involved in a relationship with a music producer who is called Damon Thomas back in 2000 and they got married although the marriage later ended after four years.
After that marriage stint, Kim Kardashian started dating a string of men and among these were people like singer Nick Lachey, Kris Humpres.
In early 2012, Kim Kardashian then started a relationship with rapper Kanye West and in the month of December in couple announced that they were expecting their first child. The child was born and they named ber North.
In October 2013, KanyeWest proposed to Kim Kardashian at the AT&T basketball stadium and they later tied the knot in May.
In October 2016, while she attending the Paris Fashion Week in France, the reality star was robbed after a group of robbers broke into the luxury apartment where she was residing, forced the night receptionist to open the door to the room where she was spending the night, they tied her ankles, wrists and even taped her mouth before before disappearing with a diamond ring and jewelry box that was estimated to be around $5.6 million.
She was not physically harmed but was psychologically tortured and traumatized and as she decided to avoid public appearances for sometime.
In 2018, in the month of May, Kim Kardashian developed interest in social justice when she decided to lobby US president Donald Trump to consider clemency for a tenessee woman who is called Alice Johnson who was sentenced to life imprisonment back in 1996 on charges of being found in possession of Coccaine and money laundering.
The president later granted the release of Johnson and Trump tweeted a photo of himself and Kim Kardashian after the meeting. Having been inspired by this result, she now believed that she could do more for the society to achieve social justice.
Kim Kardashian therefore embarked on a four year apprenticeship with a law firm that is based in San Francisco and she is now planning to take the California bar exam in the year 2022.
