In the Ugandan music industry today, if we talk about the top female music artists in Uganda, we cannot miss the name of one female music artist in uganda who is called Sheebah Karungi.
Sheebah Karungi started her music career some years ago where she was in the all girls music gorup called the Obsessions and later she branched out all alone and kicked off her solo music career in the year 2010 when she released songs like Ice Cream that became an instant hits under the management of Team No Sleep (TNS) which is being led Jeff Kiwa as the chief executive of the record label.
She has continued to dominate the Ugandan music industry with hit songs that she has been releasing year in and year out.
Today i would like to examine some of the sole reasons why Sheebah Karungi has become one of the top female music artists in Uganda.
Here are some of the top reasons why Sheebah Karungi has become one of the top female music artists in Uganda.
1. She is a very hardworking woman
The number one reason why Sheebah Karungi has dominated the music charts in Uganda and emerged as one of the top female music artists in Uganda is the fact that she is a very hardworking woman who puts in alot of her energy and focus on doing what she loves most and that is singing.
I could as well say that she is one of the most hardworking female music artists in Uganda. She has continued to produce good music even after gaining popularlity and wealth from music. She has given her everything to what she is doing.
If you are an upcoming music artist out there, you will need to learn how to work hard so that you are able to penetrate through the music jungle that has happened in Uganda.
2. She has a good management team called TNS
Some Ugandan music artist who is called Cindy came out and claimed that the female music artists who are under labels are dummies and therefore do not know anything about music.
But i do think she is actually lying and that is the sole reason why right now she is struggling musically. Sheebah Karungi has been successful simply because she has been managed by the good management team called Team No Sleep abbreviated as TNS.
Most of the things that involve music promotion, organising concerts even the dress code of the music artist are handled by the management all she has to think about is the music.
Her work has been to just appear in studio and record new music and also appear at concerts and perform.
That has helped her alot in focusing on her main craft of singing. Doing it all alone without the management is a hustle which is very difficult.
3. Sheebah Karungi is very consistent musically
In the music industry, being very consistent is very important just like anything in life. Sheebah Karungi has been producing good music each and every year since the time when she started doing music professionally and that is the sole reason why she has become very successful in the music industry.
If you cannot produce music consistently, someday the fans will forget about you and before you know it you do not exist musically.
In order for a music artist to remain relevant among his or her fans, they have to continue producing music or atleast organise concerts so that they appear to be relevant to the fans out there.

Most people may say that looks don't matter but the truth of the matter is that they do matter especially in the entertainment industry.
