PRESIDENT KAGAME HAS ACCUSED THE UGANDAN GOVERNMENT OF SUPPORTING REBELS FIGHTING HIS GOVERNMENT


Following the closure of the border between Uganda and Rwanda by the Rwandan authorities, President Paul Kagame has come out to explain the fallout by saying that the Ugandan government has been harbouring and supporting rebels that have been fighting his government on top of torturing and arresting Rwandan citizens.

He said that the Ugandan government has been supporting the Rwanda National Congress which is a rebel outfit led by Gen. Kayumba that is fighting his government. He speaking at the Rwanda Leadership conference.
