GEN. TUMWINE HAS WARNED RDC'S OVER SENDING FALSE SECURITY REPORTS

The minister for security, Gen. Elly Tumwine has warned RDCs who do not submit intelligence reports to him within a month and has threatened to do something to them that he will not tell them.



 He said that some of them are releasing false reports.
