The president
of Gabon Ali Bongo has been removed from power after the military decided to
carry out a coup.
According to reports the military carried out the coup so
that they could restore democracy into their country.
Ali Bongo seized
power from his father Omar Bongo and the
family has ruled the country for over 50 years.
