Ugandan politician
and singer Kyagulanyi Sentamu who is popularly known as Bobiwine has revealed
that the person responsible for corruption in
Uganda is the Ugandan president Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.
Bobiwine released the statement
just a few minutes before the President could give his thoughts about
corruption. He said that how can a man who created a problem, claim to solve
the same problem?
