BIOGRAPHY: INSPIRING STORY OF ZAHARA TOTO, THE UGANDAN GOSSIP QUEEN

Zahara Toto is a Ugandan television personality, celebrity gossip Queen who came into the limelight after featuring in the popular television show called Live Wire which airs on Spark television which is a sister station of NTV one of the television stations owned by Nation media group. 

According to Zahara Toto she was born in a family where she had about 15 siblings and that has made her become a very aggressive person who is also very confident about herself.

 Zahara Toto studied Marketing at University.  She was once a member of the Obsessions dancing group who was in the group alongside Ugandan singer Sheebah Karungi.  

She also worked at Club Venom as a marketer. During that time Benon Mugumya who is now working at Swangz Avenue was the manager of the club. 

Zahara Toto joined her co-host Anatalia Ozzie and they started hosting the gossip called Live wire on Spark television which became very popular among entertainment new lovers in Uganda. 

In October 2018, Zahara Toto alongside her co-host Anatalia Ozzie decided to quit NTV and join a rival television station which is called NBS television which is one of the television stations owned by the Next media services. 

On Monday 22^nd of October 2018, Zahara Toto and Anatalia Ozzie started a new show that will be airing on NBS television and Sanyuka TV and they named the show UnCut show. 

Alongside her job as a television personality, Zahara Toto also hosts events and has been headlining many events including Star QT fashion show that was held in Johannesburg and Capetown in South Africa. 

According to her, her events company also organises boat cruises on Lake Victoria and it is famously called White party.

 Zahara Toto has four children whose father remain unknown to the world. Zahara Toto is an inspiration to youths who love showbiz and would like to join the media industry in Uganda.
