Here is how you can download the videos that have been uploaded by you on Facebook:-

1. Open and log into Facebook, then go to your Photos or Albums.

2. Choose the video that you would like to download and then open that video.

3. After you have opened the video, you should now click on the options link that is found under the video.

4. When you click on the Options link, you will find options like Download HD and also Download SD.

5. You should now click on the link that you require and this will depend on the quality of the video that you want to download.

Now here is how you can download a video that has been shared by a friend on Facebook:-

1. Open and log into Facebook and now select the video that you want to download.

2. You should play the video and then choose the link in the address bar.

3. Now that you have selected the link in the address bar, you should now try to change the URL in the address bar like this- change ‘www’ to ‘m’ so that the initial part of the URL appears like this https:// m.facebook.com/…

4. After you have changed the URL, you can now press enter so that you can open the mobile version of the page on the phone.

5. When the mobile version of the Facebook page has opened, you should click play and then right click the video and then from the different options available, select Save as , Save target as  or Save link as  and this will depend on the kind of browser that you are using on your computer.

6. You should now select where you want to save the Facebook video.
