Gen. Kale Kayihura might have left the police force and even been
replaced by another person but according to our sources within the police, the
institution is going to run in line with the plans of the fallen IGP for the
next three years.
According to reports if the plan of the fallen General is followed, the crime rates in the country
will drop but if Martin Okoth Ochola and his deputy Sabiiti implement their
own, this may not happen.
