Ugandan tycoon Bryan White told
the residents of Arua district that he is not a
politician but he is just there to fight poverty among Ugandans and he
believes that he can do this by giving out loans and scholastic materials to
help fight poverty.
This was during his visit which saw him address people
through the media and also play some football with the masses.
