There has been panic at Butabika hospital in Luzira after it was
discovered that some of the former mental patients who had been discharged were
still living in the hospital premises.
This was revealed by Dr. David Basangwa who was
addressing the youth about the effect of drugs and alcohol on human health.
He said
that drugs can help you forget all that
you know and that some 100 patients have been stuck at Butabika Hospital simply
because they could not remember where they actually came from.
