UGANDAN YOUTHS SHOULD WAKE UP AND CHANGE THINGS THEMSELVES

We know that things are not going on well in this great country of ours and so if things are going from bad to worse we end up sometimes crying to the government to come to our rescue and we hope and pray that it will one day come to help get us out of poverty but the most annoying scenario is that we are always disappointed by our political leaders.

When you live in a society where people only take care of themselves and do not mind about others, you cannot say that these people will actually come to your rescue when your own house is on fire.

My fellow youths, Unemployment is real and it is killing us every day of our lives but truth be told you can make it, you can become that successful entrepreneur who will change the world. You can become another Mark Zuckerberg and build the next Facebook.

You can become the next Bill Gates and build the next Microsoft. You can become the next Jeff Bezos and build the next Amazon.

It is all in your mind, if you believe it you can achieve it. There is nothing that is impossible that cannot be done in this world.

All those people we see successful initially first had ideas and because they were willing to work on their ideas and keep doing the right thing that would help them get there, they were able to become very successful.

We as the youths have to wake up and forget about the politicians and instead take the future of this country and ourselves into our own hands.

Today, you may not have enough to help you build something big and that is as true for me and as it is for many youths out there but you should be willing to start with that small thing that you posses.

Just start from where you are and keep moving forward and one day I do assure you that you will get there.

All the big companies started small, Google started in a garage in Menlo park  a place found in California in the United States and Facebook started in the dorm room in Harvard and just take a look at how big and great these companies have become.

You should start young but even if you are not young you can still make it.

I do believe the grace of God is with us and he has prepared something for each and every one of us to attain in life.

Every good opportunity that you do get in life, you should make sure you take it simply because you just never know where this small opportunity might take you in the long run.

You might end up achieving things beyond what you thought you would ever do. Take heart and keep moving forward.

I know there are very many of us who are jobless yet we are graduates.  Instead of continuing to fruitlessly look for a job, you should start up your own small business.

This might mean putting up a chapatti stall by the roadside in your neighbourhood or selling some vegetables or making bricks or venturing into agriculture for those who have access to land.

Don’t wait for somebody else to come and help you because that somebody might never come and therefore all I urge you to do is start. You do not need a lot of capital to start something great today.

If you have access to a computer and internet, you can start a blog or any other kind of website which may end up generating you some income in the near future.

Try to focus on the positive side of life and forget or even ignore the negative things that usually come into your life.

Always seek for things that will build you and take you to the next level and avoid doing things that will endanger your life or make you destroy your future.

You have a great future ahead of you and make sure you keep chasing that future and I assure you that you will get there and you will become great and one day we shall also say he was once like us but he is or she is now great leader in our society.

The future belongs to those who prepare for it today and always ensure that you keep in the good side of the law.

Love people, love God and keep chasing your goals and dreams and just never give up.  To our success in Life.
