The General court martial in Makindye division has again denied Abdallah
Kittata his right to bail.
Abdallah Kittata who has been the Boda Boda 2010
patron was arrested alongside with 10 other people who were also members of the
boda boda 2010 and they were charged with different offences that were related
to unlawful possession of government stores and he applied for bail on health
issues.
But on Monday morning the army
court that was chaired by Gen. Andrew Guti rejected the claims and said that
the suspect doesnot possese illness thar cannot be treated within the military
detention center.
