According to TMZ, the rape case that has been brought against Russel
Simmons has been dropped by the woman who had earlier accused the film maker
and producer of raping her. Jennifer
Jarosik who is said to be an aspiring documentary film maker decided to
drop the $5million case where she accused the film producer of abusing her
sexually when she sought for help from him in financing and producing her
movie. Jennifer had filed the case in a US district court.
However, Simmons still faces another law suit of
$10million.
