According the Police spokesperson Emilian Kayima, some police officers are working with thugs
and robbers in stealing motorcycles from Boda Boda riders.
Kayima said that one police detective by the
names of James Ogwal has been named as
one of the suspects and was arrested and detained at Mawanda road police
station.
He said that they are carrying out investigations on other officers
and if found guilty will be dealt with.
