The NRM vice Chairman Kigongo Moses alongside with some of the tycoons
in Uganda have been pinned for grabbing land.
According to a retired civil
servant who is called Wycliffe Kato, who was reporting the incident on
socialmedia, he said that Moses Kigongo was using Mansoor Matovu who is also called Yanga and Abdul
Yanga who is known for Namaganda plaza
and other malls in kampala for trying to grab his land that is found in
Kabalagla.
He said that he alerted
KCCA officials but they did not
intervene.
