Rwandan president Paul Kagame and his Ugandan counterpart Yoweri Kaguta
Museveni are in talks in Statehouse Entebbe near Kampala.
The talks between the two presidents are
expected to involve bilateral trade, infrastructure and also security of the Great lakes region.
High profile ministers have been seen join the leaders and among these are
Minister of Energy, Eng. Irene Muloni,
Defence minister Adolf Mwesigye among others. The two statesmen are then
expected to address the press after the talks.
