ISO OPERATIVE AMONG FIVE PEOPLE CHARGED WITH DEATH OF FINLAND NATIONAL IN UGANDA



A senior Intelligence police officer has been charged alongside other four people for causing the death of a man from Finland.

 Thomas Juma  Terasvouri was found dead in his hotel room under unclear circumstances  at the Pearl of Africa Hotel which is located in Nakasero a kampala suburb. 

The Buganda road court last Friday charged Apollo Kyabagye, who is  a senior intelligence officer alongside  Faridah Naggayi, Nasif Walusimbi and Caroline Alinda with a charge called manslaughter for causing the death of the foreigner.

 It is alleged that the deceased was drugged by the accused before he died.
