Uganda’s president Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has summoned both the Governor of Bank of Uganda Tumusime Mutebile and the Inspectorate of government Irene Mulyagonja over firing of Justine Bagyenda who was the executive
director incharge of supervision by Governor Mutebile.
Mr. Mutebile fired Justine
simply because she was set to retire and this has put the two government institutions at loggerheads.
The president has
come out to cool down the tempers between the two heads of the institutions.
