The founder of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg has come out to break silence about
the  Cambridge Analytica Scandal. 
He said
that the company was duped by a researcher who called himself  Aleksandar Kogan who used  the data and information of  tens of millions of users to help the Trump
campaign win the 2016 elections. 
He said
that he started Facebook and he is responsible for what happens on the platform
and is serious about protecting the Facebook community. 
He said the mistake they made was allowing
new apps to access Facebook.
