The newly appointed deputy Inspector General of police Brigadier Sabiti
has quit his military office and handed over office to newly appointed man
called Col. William Bainomugisha.
The event
was very colourful on Saturday afternoon The function was presided by Major General Elwelu Peter who is the commander of the Land Forces.
Mr. Elwelu Peter thanked the outgoing
man for the work well done and organising the military into units.
