The Ugandan
police have arrested a man who is suspected to have killed popular Ugandan
music artist Mowzey Radio.
The killer who is identified as Geoffrey Wamala was
arrested in Kyengera a Kampala suburb yesterday when police raided the area
after being tipped off by a few people. Mowzey Radio was killed in a bar in
Entebbe.
According to one of the music
producers called Washington who was one of the witnesses the singer was lifted
and smashed onto the floor by the killer and this caused the singer’s skull to
crack.
Though he was rushed to hospital, he could not survive the injuries
sustained. The singer was buried on Saturday at Nakawuka where his mother
resides in Wakiso district.
