A woman in
India who requested to be inseminated with her son’s sperms after he dies has
given birth to twins.
She decided to
take the decision after she was told by doctors that she needed a surrogate if
she wanted to actually reincarnate her son.
The woman called Rajashree Patel
who is 49 years old was told by the doctors that she was unfit to undergo the
IVF treatment from her son who recently died as a result of a tumour.
She said she
wanted to conceive the children herself by being the surrogate mother but the
doctors had said that she was medically unfit since she had already began her menopause
therefore the doctors took his semen and used it to fertilise the egg of an
unknown donor who was not related to the
family before it was implanted into a
close relative.
The surrogate has now given birth to twins and the mother is
raising them as her own kids. Cool!!
