One of
Uganda’s powerful kingdoms called Tooro Kingdom has resolved to sue the central
government over it’s assets.
These
assets include buildings and land that are located in areas like Kyenjojo, Kabarole,
Kamwenge among others.
This decision was made after about 70 members sat in the
Kingdom parliament.
Bernad Tumugwako who is the Kingdom’s Prime minister has
said that the kingdom has availed the government with all the documents
concerning the assets but no response and therefore the King of Tooro, Oyo
Nyimba has directed the prime minister to take this matter to the next level.
