The man in charge of the medals during state
ceremonies in Uganda, General Elly Tumwine has attacked the media over reports that
the Inspector General of Police Kale Kayihura and General Tumukunde are
fighting each other and becoming enemies.
He said that the media is negative
and promoting what does not actually exist between the two Generals.
When asked
by NBS journalist about the criminality around the country General EllyTumwine
responded by saying that it is true that Police could have been infiltrated by
Criminals and they are working hard to
improve on it.
